Reading FC held Premier League newboys Fulham to a goalless draw at Aldershot Town's EBB Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Royals produced a solid performance against the Whites and created the better chances throughout the 90 minutes.
Yakou Meite had the best chance just before the break when he was clean through on goal but fired straight at Fulham goalkeeper Marek Rodak.
The starting 11 played for 60 minutes at least, before Clement rung the changes at two spells in the second period.
Here are the player ratings from the game.
Mannone - 5
Did not have a great deal to do aside from some comfortable saves and claims at corners.
Yiadom - 6
Had a good effort well saved in the first half when he found space on the corner of the box; got forward well.
Moore - 6
Made two important headers away early on and also a clearance off the line later in the game. Skippered the side.

Ilori - 5
A couple of loose clearances but won his fair share of headers.
Blackett - 5
Showed good strength on the left side and some nice touches going forward.
Meyler - 6
Showed his physicality when Tim Ream was on the receiving end of an aerial challenge and had to go off after only 13 minutes. Saw a lot of the ball.
Kelly - 5
Tried to drive the team forward when he could. Needs to try and stay on his feet more.
Swift - 6
Linked up well with the likes of Barrow and Meite.
Barrow - 7
A real threat as ever down the left and played some nice one-twos going forward. Dragged one shot wide of goal.
