Reading FC manager Paul Clement says the club are on the verge of bringing in a fifth new player this summer.
Royals' boss has admitted talks are at an advanced stage for the offensive player and it is hoped he will join the squad on their Austrian training camp this coming week.
Clement has already brought in Andy Yiadom, David Meyler, John O'Shea and Marc McNulty since the start of last season.
And speaking after his side's friendly with Fulham on Saturday, he hinted another transfer is close to completion.
"I'm pleased with how the new signings have integrated into the group," said the manager.
"I don't think we are done yet in the window - we are still working really hard behind the scenes to bring in at least one more offensive player, maybe more.
"We'll have to see. I think we are close to doing something and hopefully that can be revealed soon."
Clement was coy on the identity of the player although it is no secret Royals are short up front, despite the capture of McNulty.
Royals fly out to Austria on Sunday morning for a week-long camp which will include two matches with Besiktas and Rubin Kazan.

Clement hopes to have the new man in place as soon as possible as Royals step up their preparations for the new season.
"It would be really nice if it happened before we go but it may happen during the week or it may not happen," added Clement.
"We are in that critical negotiations stage but I would rather look at it optimistically and say we've got another good player joining us soon."
